Gaston Day School - 56 Acre Sports Field and Athletic Complex

Project Overview 

Gaston Day School selected our team to construct a new sports field and parking addition on a 56 acre parcel adjacent to their Gastonia, NC campus. Our estimating team worked with school officials  to provide important value engineering and scheduling advice prior to construction.The project required a turnkey approach with careful selection of equipment and people to complete the job and deliver a quality end result.

Highlights

• Completed construction within deadline while managing difficult soil conditions and design revisions.
• Moved 20,000 cubic yards of dirt
• Self-performed 90% of project items including erosion control, storm drainage, grading, water and sewer utilities and asphalt paving.
